1. What is Pure Panda's Refund & Replacement Policy?

1.1 We only offer a hassle-free replacement policy if your product arrives damaged or defective (and on no other grounds.) Simply reach out to our customer support e-mail with all the necessary proofs, and we will promptly process your return. Once verified, we will initiate a replacement for the without any further questions.

NOTE - Replacement will be processed within 48 hours once we receive the product back to our warehouse.

Note that order on the way returned before delivery due to personal reasons such as the recipient not being available, don't want the order anymore (for any reason), an incorrect phone number, or an incorrect postal code. In that case, you will be refunded the order amount once we receive the returned order. Please note that the refund will exclude the shipping charges incurred for the shipment.

Order cancellation needs to informed through WhatsApp.

Note- Custom orders are non refundable in any case.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

2.1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Support Team, which you can reach by emailing support@purepanda.in. We will evaluate the situation and provide you with a suitable solution, including a replacement, or repair.

3.1. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped or packed, we will process a cancellation and issue a refund. if your order is ready to dispatch, a cancellation charge will apply to cover payment gateway cost.
