How long does it take for my order to be processed?

We take 2 business days to carefully craft and get your orders ready for shipping. It's the time we need to make sure everything is just right before dispatching with our trusted couriers.

Why I have not received my Tracking ID?

Once your item is shipped, we automatically send your tracking ID through WhatsApp. If you haven't received it within 3-4 days, please let us know on WhatsApp or through email.

How can I cancel my order?

Order cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible as some orders may ship the same day. We are unable to cancel orders which have been shipped and are en route to the customer.

I made a mistake on my order. Can I change the size or add items to my current order?

Order change requests should be made as soon as possible as some orders may ship the same day. We are unable to change orders which have been shipped and are en route to the customer. Change of order  is only available within 24 hours after the order was placed.

Frames

Does the Frame has Gloss Finish?

The frames do not come with a glossy finish. Instead, they have a plain finish with a natural pattern. Glossy frames are more expensive to produce, but we can provide them upon special request.

Which Color Frame will I Get?

Frame color and finishing will vary based on availability. Typically, we offer pale white frames with a basic finish.

What's The Black Marks On Wooden?

The black marks you see on the corners and edges of the frame are not defects. They are natural wood grain patterns or fillers commonly found in authentic wood products.
